Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, all Al Huda Jewellery comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing due to improper care.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
